Collection & Delivery

We are excited to announce we will be offering local deliveries for orders placed online.

• For local deliveries, order online and click 'Ship' at checkout.

• Minimum spend for local delivery is £30.

• Orders from £30 - £50 will incur a £5 delivery charge. Orders of £50 or more are eligible for free local delivery.

• All local deliveries are made on a Wednesday morning, before 2pm.

• Cut off for delivery each week is 12pm on the Monday. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following week.

• If you are not in, your delivery will be left in a safe location, and you will receive an email outlining where your delivery has been left.

Deliveries will only be accepted for orders within a 10 mile radius of NE21 5SJ. If you order is outside of this radius, you will be contacted to arrange pick up in store. You will not receive a refund for any delivery charges.

Please check your order, any missing/incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
